Hidden dangers. In order to further ensure the stability of the system and maintain the data security and business privacy of the majority of enterprises, the "Single Window" system will suspend the use of IP addresses and accounts with abnormal access behavior , and reserves the right to take further measures. If the user finds that the IP or account cannot be accessed, please call the service hotline 010-95198 for verification.

The "Single Window" account is related to the user's access to all data in the system ! Here, I would like to remind the majority of import and export enterprises and individual users, please keep your account information properly and do not provide it to others at will.



On September 21, the relevant functions of the "Single Window" cargo declaration system were adjusted. The customs declaration form after review, inspection, release, and customs clearance, "trade country, unit price, total price, currency" and other information, the agent declaration company has no right to view, nor can it export this information through its own system, including the release notice, customs declaration form Checklist etc.

There was another reversal on September 23! " Single Window " has restored the right of customs brokers to view complete customs declaration information!

1. At present , you can view and print the unit price, total price, currency system, trading country (region) and other information on the customs clearance, customs clearance and release declaration forms .

2. The customs declaration under the inspection status has not yet restored the authority, and the unit price, total price, currency system, and trade country (region) information cannot be inquired . Please continue to pay attention to whether to restore the display.

3. Some local versions of the single window may not have synchronized restoration permissions, or the complete customs declaration information cannot be seen temporarily, please clear the cache or wait for the local version to update.
