A dramatic scene appeared in Russia . On January 30, the Russian Railway Freight Administration issued an order No. 89 to suspend the Sino-Russian railway freight business from 0:00 local time on January 31 , because the Russian Railways received the latest explanation issued by the Russian Ministry of Transport ( The Russian Ministry of Transport issued Order No. 25 on January 30), and then urgently issued a new Order No. 90 not to suspend the Sino-Russian railway transportation and freight business, and invalidated the previously issued Order No. 89.

The restrictions on the closure of Sino-Russian ports currently only involve passenger transportation, and cargo transportation is all normal. The closing time of ports in the five regions of China and Russia was
extended to March 1. These five regions are Primorsky Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, Transbaykalsk Region, Amur Region and Jewish Autonomous Region. The current suspension only involves passenger transportation, not freight.

The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region announced on February 3 that, starting from 0:00 on February 4, 2020, except for the normal customs clearance at the Shenzhen Bay and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge ports, other land and railway ports adjacent to the mainland will be suspended.

Exit-Entry Administration of the People's Republic of China has made some adjustments to the entry and exit ports of mainland and Hong Kong personnel. The announcement is as follows:
 
1. Starting at 24:00 on February 3, 2020, passenger traffic at Luohu, Huanggang, Futian, West Kowloon, Shatoujiao, Wenjindu, and Gaoming, Shunde, Jiangmen, Doumen, and Heshan Port passenger terminals will be suspended. The resumption time will be announced separately. .
 
2. The Shenzhen Bay and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge ports will continue to be open for personnel traffic. The Shenzhen Bay Port will be open from 6:30 to 24:00 daily, and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port will be open 24 hours a day. The Guangdong-Hong Kong cross-border cars that used to pass through Shatoujiao and Wenjindu ports are transferred to Shenzhen Bay Port.
 
3. The mainland's airport ports and Hong Kong International Airport will continue to pass customs clearance. Transit flights from Nansha, Panyu, Humen, Shekou, Fuyong, Zhongshan, and Jiuzhou passenger ports to Hong Kong Airport Haitian Ferry Port continue to operate normally. Mainland passengers can still depart Hong Kong Airport on international flights without entering the Hong Kong city .
